There is absolutely nothing in this film to recommend it. Nothing. Not even an atom of the novelty that made Wanted and Dabangg attractive to audiences beyond Salman’s hard-core fan base. But…kisi ki toh sunn lo, Bhai. Listen to someone, please. Radhe is a non-starter. It should never have been made.
We’re living in unprecedented, heartbreaking times. If we are to watch cinema, it has to be the kind that feeds the soul. This movie is depleting and leaves you tired.
Off late, several Hindi film lovers have been rejecting the toxic tripe dished out in the name of commercial films.
To the viewers who are ok going through an unbearable movie for a few songs and a couple of Khan’s shirtless scenes, I just have this to say— you deserve better!
I’m exhausted just at the thought of trying to tell you more, but here goes nothing. Randeep Hooda and his cohorts, wearing black leather and blacker frowns, go about smashing people. Blood gushes from various orifices, sometimes from necks, other times hands and legs. Bones are broken. Body parts are severed and served. And we grimace and flinch.
Oh, oh, here I go, asking questions. What did I say about Bhai movies and logic? But one last thing I want to toss in your lap before I go to recover my scrambled brains: is this the most wanted Bhai? Still?
We’re not sure if this is the most wanted Bhai film, but if you’re an action fan, there is enough ammo to keep you invested. That apart, ‘Radhe…’ has some seeti maar moments (the face-off between the good and the evil) and some moves and grooves that will make Salman Khan fans cheer him on, yet again.

Radhe’s story is all over the place and you hardly care for what’s happening on screen. Dance numbers are thrown in, including the much-publicised ‘Seeti Maar’ (originally composed for the Telugu film DJ).
One of the biggest puzzles has to do with Jackie Shroff’s character. He plods through the film with ‘the script said so’ demeanour.
Radhe is dreary and listless, with no attempt to do anything innovative within the purview of star-led masala entertainers.
